These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LivPix CRM, a web and mobile application and its related services (the "Service") operated by LivPix Photography and Creations, trading as Livia Pietragalla ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
LivPix CRM is a project management and content delivery platform for photography and creative businesses. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
All content you upload remains your property. By uploading content to the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and QuickBooks Online (Intuit). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective platform's terms of service. When you connect QuickBooks, you authorise the Service to read and write accounting data (invoices, payments, and customers) to your QuickBooks company on your behalf, and you confirm you have the right to do so. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
If you connect a YouTube channel, you specifically agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The Service's use of YouTube API Services, and your data accessed through them, is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke the Service's access to your Google account at any time via your Google security settings.
When you authorise the Service to post content on your behalf to social media platforms, you confirm that you have the right to publish that content and that it complies with the relevant platform's community guidelines.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
